30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date.
- The item must be unused or defective, in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to start a return:
- Email us at support@twinklestarworld.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3-Year Warranty
Every Twinkle Star product comes with a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Electrical faults under normal use conditions
- Structural failures not caused by misuse or accidental damage
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from failure to follow product instructions
